Where I Get My News

1. Snapchat Discover Page

Snapchat is a social media platform where people can send instant images, text, and call to anyone who has the app. However, Snapchat also gives its fair share of news stories. And just like the instant images, news is given in the same format too. If there is a hurricane in Florida or a protest in New York City, people are able to take a quick video or picture of the current event and post it to Snapchat. I find this site useful because I am able to see what is happening currently from the observers point of view. It is also very convenient because after I send Snapchats to my friends, I can look look over to the discover page and see what is going on in the world.

2. Twitter

Along with Snapchat, Twitter has its fair share of instant messaging and news. Sure you can post your daily happenings and like someone's post but these aren't the only things Twitter has to offer. Twitter also has a "Moments" page where you can read daily news articles followed by people's tweets reacting to the event. People can comment on the main news article and even the people or thing mentioned in the article can tweet their views so viewers can get a direct opinion on the news article.

3. Buzzfeed

Staying online, Buzzfeed is a website that delivers news, entertainment, quizzes, food recipes, and DIY hacks. Many people like Buzzfeed for entertainment purposes, which makes the articles and news more interesting. Articles are written by the daily person or an experienced editor. I particularly like Buzzfeed for its easy-to-read articles and other entertainment options.

4. E News

For the best entertainment news, celebrity news, and celebrity gossip, head to the E News website or the E News channel. Any time I want to hear about what is going on in Hollywood or who is staring in the new big movie, I will go to E News. E News is not necessarily my favorite news source because I don't necessarily care about celebrities lives but every now and then its interesting to see whats going on. If your looking for some celebrity gossip or just want some good drama, head to E News.

5. Fox 25 News

Besides the internet, I also like to get my news from my daily news tv channel. I like Fox 25 in particular because not only does it give me world news but it also gives local news as well. Sometimes its nice to now what events are happening 30, 20, or even 10 minutes from your doorstep. Along with news, Fox 25 also provides the weather and sports news. Whenever I am watching TV, I always like to turn on Fox 25 and see if anything interesting is brewing in Massachusetts.
